Ashley Frost

Ashley is an associate based in our Sydney office, specialising in personal injury.

Ashley defends a broad scope of claims commenced in the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Western Australia. Her portfolio mainly costs of litigated multi-party personal injury claims arising from construction and building site incidents. She also has experience working on a range of property damage and business interruption claims.

In addition to managing a portfolio of catastrophic personal injury, property damage and business interruption claims, Ashley acts as the Third-Party Administrator for Merivale Group of Companies Pty Ltd. In this role, she handles all of Merivale’s claims which range from personal injury claims, NCAT disputes, Anti-discrimination complaints to large, litigated matters.
