Tom is a Partner based in Kennedys’ Singapore office. He qualified in England and Wales in 2012 and joined Kennedys in 2014, spending four years in our London office before moving to Singapore.
Tom specialises in insurance and reinsurance law, with a specific focus on property, energy and construction matters. His experience includes international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA and SIAC rules.
He regularly provides policy coverage advice in respect of a range of Construction All Risks, Delay in Start Up and Single Project Professional Indemnity matters.
He also advises on property/engineering losses across Asia-Pacific, including South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Tom contributes to Kennedys’ external publications and provides seminars on a broad range of insurance and reinsurance issues to clients.
