Grace is Singapore qualified, and has trained at and worked with the Kennedys’ Aviation team since 2019.
Grace acts for airlines, airports, maintenance and repair organisations and their insurers and reinsurers. Her advice covers a wide range of aviation disputes across various jurisdictions, including passenger, baggage, cargo and property damage claims and other regulatory matters.
Grace also provides claim management advice on hull and liability aspects for aircraft accidents in Indonesia, Nepal and South Korea.
Work highlights
- Manage a significant portfolio of claims for SIA Engineering Company and Thai Airways.
- Assisted an Indonesian carrier to settle four claims involving claimants of different nationalities at a 73% reduction of the total claim value in respect of a crash of a Bell 206-L4 helicopter in Indonesia.
- Assisted a Nepalese airline and insurers to successfully recover 77% of the losses arising from a helicopter ground collision at Lukla Airport, Nepal.
