Darren Chen

Darren is an Associate in Kennedys’ Marine team in Singapore. He has experience in both wet and dry shipping disputes having acted for a range of clients, including ship owners, charterers, commodities traders, and technical service providers.

Darren regularly acts for ship owners in insurance and charter-party claims relating to cargo mis-delivery and supply, vessel detainment and ship arrests. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2022 and was called to the Singapore Bar in August 2023.
