Thibault Hanotin

Thibault is an Avocat admitted to the Paris bar (2017) and to the New York bar (2014). He has been an associate in our Paris office since 2020.

Thibault graduated in 2013 with a Master’s degree in French and English Business law (Master 2 Bilingue des Droits de l’Europe) from the University of Paris X Nanterre-La Défense, also in 2013 with an LL.M. (Masters of Laws) from New York University School of Law (USA) and in 2014 from a Master’s degree in arbitration and international trade (Master 2 Arbitrage et Commerce International) from the University of Versailles.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Thibault has worked in leading French and International law firms.

At Kennedys, Thibault acts for leading (re)insurers and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice covers a large range of litigation and arbitration matters including, inter alia, (re)insurance disputes, transport (by road, air and sea), commercial disputes, political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, product and professional liability.

He practices both in French and English.

Thibault is a member of the ICC YAF (Young Arbitrators Forum).
