Stephanie is a litigation associate in the New York office with a primary focus on insurance defense litigation.

Stephanie has handled the defense of several high-exposure matters including, but not limited to, products liability claims, premises liability, wrongful death actions, commercial auto claims, subrogation claims and labor law actions. She has also appeared for special permit hearings at the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals and secured successful outcomes for clients. Moreover, she has represented clients in criminal court hearings concerning FDNY-issued summonses. In her tenure, Stephanie successfully obtained two summary judgment wins in Nassau County and Suffolk County, respectively. Too, Stephanie obtained a successful decision in the Second Appellate Department that granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a premises liability case, reversing the lower court's decision.

Stephanie is committed to DE&I efforts and initiatives and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board at Kennedys for the US and Bermuda region. Stephanie is also involved in mentorship and is a member of Kennedy's Mentorship Committee.
