Ashley is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on the construction and personal injury industries. She primarily litigates all manners of construction defect, construction injury, property damage, commercial trucking, and New York Labor Law. Ashley represents construction managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, developers, construction managers, commercial landlords and tenants, and property owners in suits brought against them for construction defect, construction accidents, code violations, breach of contract, and building and design-related deficiencies.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Ashley was an associate at a full-service law firm handling insurance and reinsurance related matters, advising clients on reinsurance, general liability, professional liability, and coverage.

Ashley graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020, where she was the Managing Editor of Research and Writing for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and a member of the Civil Justice Clinic.
