Laura Koller

Laura is Kennedys’ global chief financial officer. Leading the global financial strategy of the firm, Laura’s role is focused on ensuring sustainable growth and fiscal responsibility. She also works closely with the firm’s Executive Group, Business Services Chiefs and other members of the leadership team to implement Kennedys’ business strategy.

With over two decades in the securities industry, Laura brings a uniquely broad and blended background across finance, risk, operations and leadership. Complemented by academic training and professional work in counselling psychology, she offers a well-rounded and insightful approach to financial stewardship.

In addition to her role at Kennedys, Laura sits on the Board of Freedom House, an organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders to live a healthy and independent lifestyle.

Laura is based in the firm’s US office in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
