Jailene Cruz is an associate in the New Jersey office and represents insureds and insurers in personal injury claims, specifically general premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. She began her career with the firm as a fist-year summer associate in 2022, gaining experience in insurance coverage and defense litigation.

During law school, Jailene interned with Crum & Forster’s in-house legal department and at a regional insurance defense law firm in New York City. She also served as president of Drexel Kline’s Immigration Law Society and was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Jailene earned her bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence/Pre-Law from Montclair State University.
