Spencer Booth is an associate in the Miami office. He guides insurers and other insurance stakeholders through intricate and high-stakes coverage matters by providing strategic counsel to clients. He is well versed in the interpretation of various types of insurance, including property, general liability, automobile, pollution, cyber, employer's liability, excess, and umbrella coverages.

Spencer also advises insurers on a variety of specialized claims, including construction defect, sexual abuse, motor carrier, and human trafficking. Spencer also provides valuable insights to clients on risk-transfer issues and indemnity agreements.

With a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved, and experience at all stages of the litigation process, Spencer works with clients to safeguard their interests.
