Melissa is an associate in Kennedys’ Miami office and began working for Kennedys at the end of 2021. Melissa is qualified to practice as a lawyer in Florida in 2017 and in Brazil 2005. Melissa completed her LL.M. in International Law at the University of Miami.

Melissa is a transactional and corporate specialist. She has an extensive experience working as a transactional and corporate lawyer mostly for the agribusiness and construction segments in Brazil. In the US, Melissa focuses on the health segment and is actively developing data privacy policies for corporations specifically for Latin America.
