Kavita is an associate in the Miami office, where she focuses her practice on defending premises liability and commercial liability claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, negligent security, construction defect and product liability.

While in law school, Kavita served as the publications editor of the International Citator and Research Guide, otherwise entitled “The Greenbook,” which is a comprehensive research manual of international legal citations and law written for legal practitioners and academics. Kavita also performed 100 hours of mediation services as a Florida Bar Foundation fellow.

After law school, Kavita began her career representing plaintiffs at a national personal injury firm, before transitioning to defending insurance companies in complex litigation matters. Kavita has participated in speaking engagements providing training to insurance adjusters on corporate representative depositions and best practices for claim handling.

Kavita is a member of the Broward County Christian Lawyers Association.
