Victor Benítez

Victor is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at UNAM and an Associate at Kennedys’ Mexico Office, with over 7 years of experience in civil, commercial, and litigation law. He specializes in resolving disputes involving insurance companies, particularly civil liability cases. Previously, he worked as a Legal Services Supervisor, advising and coordinating with external law firms, and gained experience in insurance and surety law at a national firm. Víctor holds specialized certificates in Civil and Family Law, Amparo Proceedings, and Human Rights from UNAM and the SCJN.
