Victoria is a Senior Associate in Kennedys’ Employment team specialising in employment and industrial relations matters. She represents employers, employees and insurers in all employment related disputes, including adverse action claims, discrimination claims, unfair dismissals, underpayment claims, workplace investigations and award/enterprise agreement interpretation and advice. Victoria also assists clients on health and safety matters, Worksafe prosecutions, as well as general commercial law matters. Additionally, she assists various private and public sector health professionals in all employment related disputes.

Victoria has experience across a broad range of jurisdictions, including the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, County Court, The Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal and Equal Opportunity Commission.

She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and a LIV Committee Member of the Workplace Relations Committee.
