Sam is a Senior Associate in Kennedys’ Melbourne office. Sam is an experienced litigator and advises on all aspects of personal injury litigation and indemnity.  She has extensive experience in actions relating to public liability, workers’ compensation and recovery, and transport accidents.

In her prior roles, Sam acted for plaintiffs and was a solicitor with a Victorian WorkCover Authority panel firm.  Sam’s experience gives her well-rounded insight of the nuances within insurance litigation and her approach fosters long-term relationships with clients and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
