Ganga Narayanan

Ganga is a Partner in Kennedys’ Melbourne office specialising in both general and life insurance claims and products. She acts for local and London market clients in personal injury, property damage, medical liability, fraud and non-disclosure claims and life insurance claims.

Ganga also represents insured clients at coronial inquests, disciplinary hearings and assists financial services clients in preparing submissions to the AFCA. She has experience acting in Royal Commissions and inquiries, including advising clients in the Royal Commission into Banking and Financial Services, and the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

She has an intimate knowledge of the interpretation and application of the Insurance Contracts Act and other industry relevant legislation, and proven experience defending large-scale multi-party litigation. Ganga also plays an active role in leading many office and firm level DE&I initiatives.
