Adrian Sella

Adrian is a Special Counsel in Kennedys’ Melbourne office with over 20 years’ experience in the area of professional indemnity insurance and acts for professionals and their insurers in both litigated and un-litigated matters. He acts for major insurers located in Australia and London.

Adrian acts for insurers of building and construction professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers, building consultants, building surveyors and designers. He also defends architects, designers and building surveyors facing disciplinary proceedings. Adrian also acts for land surveyors, town planners, municipal councils, real estate agents, travel agents, insurance brokers, owners corporation managers and IT professionals. He also advises insurers on indemnity matters, claim management and alternative dispute resolution.

Adrian represents clients in both large multi-party litigation and small claims and conducts litigation in all jurisdictions including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
