Sarah Shorrock

Sarah is a senior associate in our serious and catastrophic injury team, based in the Manchester office. Sarah has specialised in defending complex, high value employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims since qualifying in 2011. Joining Kennedys in 2025, she represents a number of insurers in cases involving injuries of the utmost severity, including brain and spinal injuries, Functional Neurological Disorder and polytrauma, as well as cases involving an element of dishonesty. She prides herself on her technical ability, keen attention to detail and excellent client service.  

Sarah is frequently instructed to advise on serious injury cases with policy coverage and indemnity issues, including matters involving late notification, fair presentation of risk arguments and dual insurance issues.
