Jennifer Hollyoak

Jennifer is an associate in our Manchester office and specialises in insurance matters covering property damage (recoveries and liability defences), construction and product liability claims across the UK.

Jennifer has extensive experience in defending both pre-action claims and litigated claims, and often utilises ADR (primarily mediation) to achieve favourable results for her clients.

In addition to providing coverage advice to UK insurers, Jennifer also represents brokers, local authorities and a variety of commercial entities dealing with a broad range of commercial disputes, including policy coverage, property damage and construction matters.

Jennifer also specialises in the resolution of high-value, complex subrogated recoveries having gained experience across the English court system and through multi-party mediations.
