Frances Moseley

Frances specialises in commercial litigation acting for business, directors, partners and other professionals on contentious matters in a wide variety of commercial disputes with particular experience in claims for breach of contract, shareholder and company disputes, professional negligence and complex financial litigation. Frances increasingly advises authorised financial services businesses on the impact of FCA regulation, including on the impact of change of control legislation and regulatory authorisation.
