Miguel Angel Aviles

Miguel Angel Aviles, qualified in Spain in 2018, joined Kennedys in 2021 and manages matters and judicial and extrajudicial proceedings for local and international insurers. He specialises in Professional Liability (medical malpractice and architects), both in the public and private sectors.

In addition, Miguel Angel has expertise in other insurance sectors including casualty, employers' liability and property (among others), where he implements all the specialized and acquired formation in the different branches of Spanish Law (Civil, Administrative, Labour and Criminal Law).

Miguel Angel also contributed to the Claims inflation and personal injury claims: a global review report, published in June 2023.
