David joined Kennedys after developing his professional career at a major international law firm.
He specialises in industrial risks and particularly focuses on policy coverage advise in the areas of construction, professional liability, product liability, engineering, energy and environmental. He also deals with related contentious matters.
His academic background includes graduating in Law from University of Valladolid and obtaining two LLM in Legal Practice and Digital Law from University of Villanueva. He has also undertaken international studies at the University of Bologna (2016).
