Roshan is a senior associate based in Kennedys’ London office. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2015.

Roshan represents primary and excess insurers and reinsurers in relation to complex, high value claims, often with a US or international element.

He specialises in Bermuda form matters, international arbitration and advising with regard to environmental policies.

He regularly presents to insurer clients on liability risks arising from climate change and has contributed to Kennedys’ claims handling guide on environmental matters.

Roshan was seconded to Kennedys’ Bermuda office in 2019, and has completed two client secondments in the London market.

He chairs Kennedys’ UK Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Advisory Group, and is a member of the firm’s Global D&I Advisory Group. He is also a member of Embrace, Kennedys’ race and ethnicity inclusion group in the UK. He supervises trainee solicitors in the London office.

He is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
