Priya Fatania

Priya is a senior associate, joining Kennedys in July 2023. She is based in our London office.

She has over 15 years’ civil litigation experience advising clients across both public and private sectors.

Since qualifying she has acted for a variety of insurer clients, local authorities, liability adjusters on broad range of personal injury claims as well as advising on policy coverage.

She specialises in defending employers’, public, product, motor, local authority claims including large loss cases and fatalities.

She provides Lawyer Partnering for clients and training on a variety of topics.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in 2013 in England and Wales.
