Charlotte Shaw

Charlotte is a senior associate based in Kennedys’ Leeds office.

She acts for a number of major insurers dealing with a full range of employers’ and public liability claims, including those involving spinal injuries, complex fractures of the upper and lower limbs as well as psychiatric conditions.

Charlotte also has experience dealing with high-value property damage claims, including escape of water and damage to services.

Charlotte’s caseload includes multi-defendant matters and she also advises insurer clients in relation to coverage disputes.

Charlotte is recognised for providing quality advice to clients and for her pragmatic and proactive approach. She is also known for delivering on promises by managing deadlines and expectations.

Charlotte is also respected for her legal knowledge and has delivered training to insurer clients on a range of topics.
