Steven Colgan

Steven is an Associate in the Insurance team in our Dublin Office.

Steven is a commercial litigator who qualified in 2020 with a well known Dublin firm.

Since qualification, Steven has specialised in insurance disputes acting for domestic and international Insurers in professional indemnity claims against a range of professionals including solicitors, architects and engineers. Steven is experienced defending High Court and Circuit Court defamation actions together with acting in clinical negligence and employer’s liability matters. Steven also advises insurers in relation to coverage disputes.

Steven is proactive, commercially minded and takes a pragmatic approach to defending claims.

Steven is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers Ireland
