Noel is a partner in our Dublin office who has market leading expertise in defending complex and high value professional indemnity claims against primarily construction related professionals including architects, engineers, project managers, surveyors and design and build contractors.

He also advises on professional indemnity claims against solicitors, accountants, insurance brokers and valuers.

In addition, Noel has specialist knowledge in advising insurers on coverage and policy issues in relation to professional indemnity insurance claims. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution methods including arbitration, mediation and conciliation.

Noel is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
