Graham is a Senior Associate in the liability department of Kennedys Dublin office.
Graham has over 20 years experience as a defence litigation solicitor. Prior to joining Kennedys, Graham was a partner in a leading Dublin law firm which specialised in insurance defence litigation, in particular for clients in the leisure and retail sector.
Graham has extensive experience in providing bespoke legal advice in relation to personal injury claims relating to employers liability, public liability, defamation and product liability. Graham has specialist knowledge of defending claims in the retail sector and is a leading travel law expert in Ireland, to include the defence of multi-jurisdictional personal injury claims.
