Rasmus Tommerup

Rasmus is an associate in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office and is admitted to the bar in Denmark. He joined Kennedys in 2023 and has previously worked for several years at one of Denmark’s largest law firms.

Rasmus advises insures on coverage and legal proceedings with particular focus on professional indemnity, financial lines, D&O, product liability and recourse.

Rasmus specialises in the defence of construction professionals in high value and multi-party disputes, acting for architects, engineers and contractors. He also acts in the defence of directors and officers in financial lines cases.

Rasmus has solid experience with legal and arbitration proceedings, pre-action proceedings including expert opinion and handling of disputes in settlement negotiations.

Rasmus is an exclusive contributor to the Legal 500 Country Comparative Guides 2023 on Insurance and Product Liability in Denmark.
