Medea Solevad Plesner

Medea is a Legal Director at Kennedys’ Copenhagen office. She qualified in Denmark in 2001 and was admitted to the High Court the same year. Medea Joined Kennedys from 2016 till 2022 and returned in 2024.

Medea has extensive experience within tort law, contracts and insurance law from private practice. Before joining Kennedys, Medea worked for Danish Insurer “Codan Forsikring” handling large and complex liability claims as well as regulatory issues.

Medea is specialised in Financial Lines claims, Professional Indemnity, Property and Fraud and is an experienced litigator with respect to both defence and coverage issues. Medea has recently advised on coverage in a number of high-profile claims for excess insurers.
