Matthew Bing is a partner in the Chicago office. He primarily handles defense matters and he is involved in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial.
Matt has focused his career on insurance-related litigation, having begun his practice as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm in Chicago. He has experience representing clients in a number of civil litigation specializations, including construction liability, product liability, premises liability, D&O defense matters, EEOC claims, first and third-party property damage claims, along with subrogation and underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage claims. Matt graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2006. He also is a graduate of Illinois State University, earning a degree in English.
Matt is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Lake County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the State Bar of Wisconsin. Matt is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin and in all state courts for the States of Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as in federal court in the Northern District of Illinois and both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
