Emily Walker

Emily is an associate based in Kennedys’ Birmingham office.

She completed her training contract at a claimant firm and qualified in 2018, before moving into defendant work in 2020.

As part of the healthcare team, Emily specialises in employers’ liability and public liability matters. Primarily, she acts on behalf of NHS Trusts. Emily has handled a wide range of claims from slips and trips to claims involving defective equipment/lifts, occupational stress, breach of data protection/misuse of private information and multi-defendants.

Qualifications:

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018.
