Profile

Megan is a Legal Director in our Belfast office. She qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2008. Megan joined Kennedys in 2010.

Megan acts almost exclusively for insurers and acts in the defence of professional negligence claims, product liability claims and personal injury claims. She has experience acting for a range of professions including construction professionals, accountants and solicitors.

She also advises on cover and policy wording.

Megan is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL). She also sits as a Law Society nominee on the King's Bench Liaison Committee in Northern Ireland acting as a conduit between the legal profession and the judiciary.
