Daniel is an associate in the Basking Ridge office. His practice includes insurance coverage evaluations, claims adjustment, and contract interpretation related to first-party losses resulting from catastrophic events. In addition to first-party coverage, Daniel’s practice involves the defense of design and construction professionals including architects, engineers, sponsors, developers, and general contractors, in matters related to professional liability, construction defect, and construction site accidents.

Daniel has represented both national corporations as well as local small business owners and has appeared in courts throughout New Jersey. Additionally, Daniel has experience responding to complaints against clients lodged with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.  His skills as an advocate have allowed for the efficient resolution of these and other matters pre-suit via alternate dispute resolution. 

Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 2003 and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2015.
