Amanda is an associate at the Basking Ridge office. She is currently working with the insurance coverage team.
Prior to joining Kennedys, she interned with several insurance carriers in their in-house legal departments, primarily working on insurance defense, claims, and transactional matters. She also interned at a mid-size law firm in New York that specializes in insurance defense litigation.
Amanda attended Pace Law, where she was a Productions Editor for Pace International Law Review. She was also a class representative for the Women’s Association of Law Students. During her final year at Pace, she participated in Pace’s Food & Farm Business Law Clinic, where she provided pro-bono, transactional legal services to small farms and agricultural nonprofit organizations.
During her time at Rutgers University, she completed an externship in the chambers of Justice Andrea Masley of the Supreme Court of New York, New York County, Commercial Division. In addition, she was a Research Assistant at the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, where she co-authored research papers and policy briefs on age discrimination in the job search process.
