Nancy Dhaliwal

Nancy acts for insurers and insureds across a range of claims, with a focus on professional, general and statutory liability, and regulatory defence and compliance. She frequently acts for real estate agents, lawyers, architects and other professionals in civil proceedings and complaints made to disciplinary bodies, and defending prosecutions of commercial entities. She also provides advice to insurers on coverage issues.

Before joining Kennedys, Nancy gained experience in general civil litigation, and prior to that, had a career in news journalism. Nancy understands the complexities of messaging for her clients and excels in clear communication. She is a member of NZILA.
