Mitch Smith

Mitch is an associate in Kennedys’ Auckland office, with broad experience practicing in the employment jurisdiction, including employment advisory and disputes, employer’s liability (ACC) and health and safety.

Mitch graduated from the University of Otago in 2021 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2022. Before joining Kennedys, Mitch was an employment specialist at a large national law firm.
