He also assists insurer clients in technical international cyber breach response matters, and on data protection and privacy issues as part of his Cyber and Data Risk practice.
His product regulatory and compliance work includes assisting clients with global product launches, national and international product compliance, and advising on responding to legislative change.
His Cyber and Data Risk work includes advising insurers and corporate entities on responding to domestic and international data breach incidents such as ransomware attacks.
His practice is particularly focused on the rapidly developing legislative field of the cybersecurity of Internet of Things (IoT) products which leverages his product safety and data breach response expertise to provide tailored and informed advice to clients.
