Helen is a Partner based primarily in Kennedys’ Sheffield office. She also works out of our London and Manchester offices.
Helen specialises in advising developers, contractors and consultants on both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering related matters.
Helen and her team have particular experience in construction and engineering procurement and contract advice and regularly provide advice on all major standard form contracts including JCT, NEC & FIDIC.
Helen is an executive board member of Sheffield Property Association and leads Kennedys’ Sheffield office’s charity committee.
