David is the head of our Leeds office. With a wealth of experience delivering expert advice in insurance litigation, technical policy indemnity and coverage issues, David has built a solid reputation within the industry and is recognised by the legal directories as a leader in his field.
Acting for insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates and national and international corporations, David draws on his considerable knowledge of catastrophic injury claims, critically analysing all angles of the case to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
David regularly deals with complex cases involving chronic conditions, serious brain injury and spinal injuries, paraplegia, tetraplegia and amputation, to which he brings the pragmatic and diligent approach he is renowned for.
