Heidi is a partner in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office. She qualified in Denmark in 2004 and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2013. Heidi joined Kennedys in Copenhagen in 2019.

Heidi is a senior attorney who has worked in litigation since qualifying. Before joining Kennedys, Heidi spent three and a half years working in the Danish labour organisation FOA, working with FOA members’ work-related injury cases in general and establishing an in-house legal office in that field. During her time at FOA, Heidi also participated widely in the law-making processes.

Heidi manages complex financial lines and transportation claims as well as all manner of personal injury claims but has a particular emphasis on employers’ liability and claims related to the Workers’ Compensation Act.

She handles short and long-tail disease matters including all kinds of physical injuries, for example neurological and/or skeletal injuries, asbestos-related matters and brain injuries. Heidi also has a substantial amount of experience working with claims related to work-related stress.

Heidi represents insurers and local authorities in relation to personal injury claims.
